Plastic Free Pursuit is an eco-luxury lifestyle brandoffering thoughtfully curated, plastic-free essentials for intentional living.Every product is designed to elevate your everyday routines while honoring theplanet—chic, refined, and completely free of single-use plastics.
Where are you located?
We're based in Redmond, Washington, and ship nationwide and internationally from our fulfillment center.
How long does processing take?
Each order is hand-packed with care. Please allow 5-14 business days for processing, plus transit time based on yourselected shipping method.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $75 within the USA qualify for complimentary standard shipping (calculated after discounts, before taxes).
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number viaemail. You can monitor your package's progress through USPS tracking.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us immediately if you need to updateyour address. Once a package has shipped, we cannot modify the destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via USPS. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposedby their country. We recommend checking your local import regulations beforeordering.
Is your packaging really plastic-free?
Absolutely. Every single package—every time. We use 100%recycled paper labels, biodegradable adhesive tape, recycled newspaper or kraftpaper for padding, and boxes made from 100% recycled materials. Our packingpeanuts are starch-based and dissolve in water. Everything is recyclable orcompostable.
Why do you use USPS?
USPS follows established daily routes whether carrying ourpackages or not, making it the most environmentally efficient shipping optionavailable.
Can I recycle or compost my packaging?
Yes! All paper and cardboard can be recycled or composted.Our glass containers and metal lids are infinitely recyclable. If you're unsureabout any item, reach out and we'll guide you.
What is your return policy?
We maintain a no-return policy under standard circumstancesdue to hygiene and environmental considerations. However, if you receive adamaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days with photosand we'll work with you on a resolution.
Do you accept international returns?
We're unable to process returns or exchanges on international orders.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package hasn't arrived past the expected deliverydate, contact USPS to file a missing mail search. For Priority Mail shipments(which include up to $100 insurance), you may file a claim. We can offer replacements only once a claim is approved by the carrier.
How do I know if I'm allergic to a product?
We list all ingredients and materials in each product description. Please review these carefully before purchasing, especially if you have sensitivities or allergies.
