Plastic Free Pursuit is not liable for any packages that have been lost, damaged, or marked "Delivered" by The Postal Service. If your package hasn't arrived past the scheduled delivery date, after checking with your neighbors please contact the Postal Service or your local post office to file a "missing mail search" or a claim. A claim can be filed for the package if it was shipped with Priority Mail. We will only replace the items if the claim is approved by the carrier.
If your package tracking shows as "delivered", we are not liable for your package. If you chose priority mail shipping, insurance up to $100 is included and a claim must be filed and approved by USPS to receive a replacement.
If an order is marked as return to sender and is delivered back to our warehouse, we are not liable for any additional shipping costs to send it back. If you choose to have the order refunded, you will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the cost of shipping.
We urge you to purchase Priority Shipping which includes insurance if possible, so that a claim may be filed. This is especially important for international orders.
