Yes! Orders over $75 within the USA qualify for complimentary standard shipping (calculated after discounts, before taxes).

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your package's progress through USPS tracking.

Contact us immediately if you need to update your address. Once a package has shipped, we cannot modify the destination.

Yes, we ship worldwide via USPS. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering.

If your package tracking shows as "delivered", we are not liable for your package. If you chose priority mail shipping, insurance up to $100 is included and a claim must be filed and approved by USPS to receive a replacement. 

If an order is marked as return to sender and is delivered back to our warehouse, we are not liable for any additional shipping costs to send it back. If you choose to have the order refunded, you will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the cost of shipping.

We urge you to purchase Priority Shipping which includes insurance if possible, so that a claim may be filed. This is especially important for international orders.

Absolutely. Every single package—every time. We use 100% recycled paper labels, biodegradable adhesive tape, recycled newspaper or kraft paper for padding, and boxes made from 100% recycled materials. Our packing peanuts are starch-based and dissolve in water. Everything is recyclable or compostable.

USPS follows established daily routes whether carrying our packages or not, making it the most environmentally efficient shipping option available.

Yes! All paper and cardboard can be recycled or composted. Our glass containers and metal lids are infinitely recyclable. If you're unsure about any item, reach out and we'll guide you.

We maintain a no-return policy under standard circumstances due to hygiene and environmental considerations. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll work with you on a resolution.

We're unable to process returns or exchanges on international orders.

If your package hasn't arrived past the expected delivery date, contact USPS to file a missing mail search. For Priority Mail shipments (which include up to $100 insurance), you may file a claim. We can offer replacements only once a claim is approved by the carrier.
