Add medium-coarse ground coffee directly to the glass dripper — no paper filter needed. Pour hot water over the grounds and let it brew for 4-5 minutes using cake filtration. For a cleaner cup, leave the last ounce in the carafe before pouring, which keeps sediment behind. Dishwasher safe; after brewing, compost the spent grounds and rinse.
