Terra goes after dry, damaged and dull hair. Lotus extract helps bring tired strands back to life, and cedarwood and patchouli keep the scalp balanced so the shine can return.

What essential oils and key ingredients are in this bar, and how do they help?

Lotus extract with cedarwood and patchouli essential oils. Cedarwood is a traditional scalp balancer, patchouli conditions and adds shine to dull hair, and the lotus brings antioxidants along for the ride.

Is the Terra Shampoo Bar vegan and cruelty-free?

Vegan and cruelty free, always. Handmade in the USA.

Is it safe for color-treated hair?

Yes. It skips the sulfates, so it's gentle on color.

What does it smell like?

Violet leaf, lotus flower, lemon, nutmeg, cedar and sandalwood. Honestly our most universal scent, almost nobody dislikes it.

How long does one bar last?

75+ washes per bar, which works out to about three 16oz bottles of liquid shampoo. Keep it dry between uses and it'll see you through months.

Is it free of SLS, palm oil, and parabens?

It is, all three. Sodium coco sulfate, made from coconut, handles the cleaning, and the fragrance is skin safe, phthalate free and paraben free.

Awesome shampoo bar.

I love this shampoo bar. The smell is luscious, it’s cleans really well and easily, helps detangles my girls’ hair and is silky and moisturizing even to the touch. It does great with long hair. The only downside I see to this bar is that due to its high moisture content, it seems to get used up faster than the other bars.

Perfectly Balanced Cleansing
