Stir the Mask Before Each Use. Using a clean, dry spoon, scoop out a teaspoon of the Seaweed & Algae Mermaid Face Mask Into the Palm of Your Hand. Add a Few Drops of Water to Emulsify With your Fingertips and Swirl in the palm of your hand until a smooth consistency is reached. Massage onto clean, moist skin.
