Sodium Coco Sulfate, Coconut Oil, Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, Hibiscus Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Argan Oil, Essential Oil + Fragrance Blend*, Lemon Essential Oil, and Natural Coloring (Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide, Mica, and/or Clay)

*all pure fragrance is skin safe, phthalate free and paraben free.

Each bar comes packaged in a glassine paper bag and is sealed with a sugarcane paper label. The glassine paper bag and label are both 100% home compostable.

Thoroughly wet hair. Rinse shampoo bar and rub directly onto your hair from scalp to ends, lathering in seconds. You can also lather up the bar in your hands and apply to hair. Rinse well and follow up with the matching conditioner bar!

Best for dry and damaged hair, though it plays nicely with everyone. Hibiscus oil and argan oil team up on moisture and repair.

What essential oils and key ingredients are in this bar, and how do they help?

Hibiscus oil, argan oil and lemon essential oil in the butter rich base. Hibiscus brings moisture and strength, argan helps mend damaged strands, and the lemon adds a bit of brightness and shine.

Is the Flora Shampoo Bar vegan and cruelty-free?

Yep, vegan and cruelty free like all our bars, and handmade in the USA.

Is it safe for color-treated hair?

It is. Sulfate free formulas like this one don't strip color.

What does it smell like?

Fresh and sweet. Rich hibiscus with a lot of vibrant jasmine.

How long does one bar last?

75+ washes from a single 3oz bar, easily a couple of bottles' worth. Let it dry out between showers.

Is it free of SLS, palm oil, and parabens?

Yes. No SLS, no palm oil, no parabens. Coconut derived sodium coco sulfate does the lathering, and the fragrance is skin safe and phthalate free.

Awesome shampoo bar.

I love this shampoo bar. The smell is luscious, it’s cleans really well and easily, helps detangles my girls’ hair and is silky and moisturizing even to the touch. It does great with long hair. The only downside I see to this bar is that due to its high moisture content, it seems to get used up faster than the other bars.

These shampoo bars lather very nicely cleaning my hair but don't make it feel stripped. The bar form is perfect for travel as well. I now stock up on these when they go on sale.
